Warren Co, KY Court of Quarter Sessions, Case # 121, Hugh M Wallace-v-Samuel Goode

The Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of Warren County you are hereby commanded to take Samuel Goode if he be found within your Bandwith and him safely keep so that you have his body before the Justice of the Court of Quarter Session for said county at the courthouse on the first Tuesday in the February next to answer Hugh M Wallace by John Wallace-his next friend of a plea of Trespass Assault and Battery Damage five hundred pounds and have then this ? ? witness William Chapline Clerk of our said Court this 10th day of September 1798 and in the 7th year of the Commonwealth.
