In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Eleanor Wallace of the county of Clarke and State of Ohio, do make and hereby publish this, my last will and testament.
I desire that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid out of my estate.
I bequeath to William Hance and Thomas F Hardacre
each one dollar and all the remainder of my estate I bequeath to my children
below mentioned in equal proportions, their names are as follows; Smith Wallace,
Elizabeth Hicks, Paulina Hicks, Eleanor Hardacre, John Wallace, Jas H Wallace
and Hugh M Wallace and to their heirs forever.
I do hereby nominate and appoint Smith Wallace executor of this my last will
and testament.
I hereby revoke all other wills by me made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of July A.D. 1870.
